Ibex Station

The exhibit dedicated to the Ibex, the symbolic species of the Gran Paradiso National Park and the Alps in general , was conceived and realized by Fondation Grand Paradis thanks to the Interreg project "SONO - Unveiling Opportunities Nurturing Opportunities" .

The immersive-emotional station tells us the story of this large herbivore, which today can be observed with ease in the high-altitude grasslands and on the rock faces of the Park's valleys, but in the past risked extinction. Through staging solutions and synchronous techniques, visitors can immerse themselves in the story of its survival and discover how it is closely linked to the history of the Park.
