Mine of Cogne

Fondation Grand Paradis is based at the Miners' Village in Cogne, which in the past was the valley floor landmark of the Cogne mining complex. It housed the miners‘ dormitory, some offices and the mine canteen. Today, in addition to the Fondation Grand Paradis headquarters, the Miners’ Village houses the Gran Paradiso National Park visitor centre and the Cogne Mining Park and Mine Museum.
